At VISIT DOORS NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
